Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary Australia-wide on all orders. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

Delivery to remote areas or during high-volume periods may take a little longer. All shipping timeframes exclude handling and dispatch.

At this stage, CIRRUM ships within Australia only. We look forward to expanding internationally soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care in preparing every CIRRUM order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at support@cirrum.com.au within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
