Morning

1. Shake the Gut Serum and take 6 pumps (2ml) directly on your tongue or in water.

2. Apply 1 pump of the Skin Serum to cleansed skin. Follow with moisturizer for best results.

Evening

1. Repeat Gut Serum dose if desired.
